Stock Availability
We endeavour to carry a stock of all items at all times. Therefore orders are normally sent within seven days of receiving your order. In the event of an out of stock situation, please accept our apologies but rest assured we will contact you to advise of any delay.
UK Delivery
Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by the most appropriate method. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily despatched together or on the same day. You will be charged only for items as they are despatched.
Charges
Standard delivery is free for addresses within the United Kingdom, when ordered over the web.
We can despatch your order to any UK address in 24 hours (Monday to Friday), at a cost of £8.50 per order. Orders must be placed before 2.00p.m. to use this service. A signature is required.
Overseas Orders
Overseas postal charges are as follows:
Europe: £15.00
USA: £40.00
Rest of the World: £40.00
This does not include import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. The prices quoted include VAT. If you are entitled to a VAT reduction this will be done when your order is processed and any paperwork will reflect this reduction.
Returns
Please return any item(s) with which you are not entirely satisfied within 14 days, for an exchange or goods refund. The item(s) must be in the same unworn condition as you received them. We do not accept any liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit. Please folllow the instructions shown on your despatch note enclosed with your goods. Shoes must be worn on the carpet when trying on.
Purchase of Alcohol
Under the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18. |
